Adaptive baselines
VivoCore remembers your resting vitals across the rolling 14 days and compares incoming readings to your personal mean ± standard deviation. That’s how a heart rate of 85 bpm can be a normal run for one wearer and an outlier for another. Connect a wearable, let the window fill, and the alerts start firing on what’s genuinely unusual for you.

Each vital picks a population standard deviation cut the moment the window has at least 12 samples; until then, the global safety floor (HR > 130 bpm, SpO₂ < 92%) still applies so the first few readings can never feel unprotected.
Activity-drop alerts keep their own recent-hour / 7-day comparison and ignore the personalised band — they fire on a sudden change in pace, not on an out-of-band value.
